How to Place Orders via FabOne
Log into the FabOne portal and click on “ New Order.”
Click "See Products" under your desired product.
a. Click “Order Now” under Galileo if the order is to be printed in your office on your printer.
b. Click “Order now” under ProtostheticsFAB if Protosthetics will print it in their office and ship it to you.
Choose a scan and click "Next."
a. Any scans you've uploaded from the Protosthetics Scanning App will already appear.
b. Click "Upload Files" if you have a scan from a different scanning app.
c. Click "Scan Not Required," if you are submitting an order that does not need a scan.
On the next page, verify your clinic's address, and then click "Next."
Fill out the form and submit it when completed. Any field with a * is required.
