Installing the Camera Mount



Learn How to Attach your Camera Mount to the Printer


Tools & Supplies Needed

3D Printer
3D printed camera mount with camera
1-M3 x 50 black cap head hex screw
1-M3 black hex nut
2.5 mm hex key
Needle Nose Pliers
Flat Head Screw Driver or Pick with the Plastic Cover


1) Using the flathead screw driver or metal pick, pop open the tabs on the wire channel and feed the camera cord in.


2) Wrap cord over the mount and towards the cable belt. Start with the first ten and get the mount attached before finishing the wire channel.

3) Insert the screw in front of the wires from right to left as seen below. Use a finger to place the nut on the end and get the threads started.

4) Using the needle nose finish screwing on the nut until it is snug

5) Use the flathead screwdriver to detach the belt clips and tuck the camera cord into the belt. Then snap clips back into place.

NOTE: Work in sections of 10 clips at a time.

6) Once camera cord is fully secures in the cable belt, plug the camera into the USB port.

7) Zip tie any remaining cord to the already zip tied cords behind the printer.
