Webcam Troubleshooting
If your webcam is not producing a video feed, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Power Cycle the Webcam after plugging it into another device
- Plug the Webcam into a laptop or computer (It's the smooth USB in the back of the kiosk, next to where the printer plugs in)
- Access the Camera App that's pre-installed on the laptop or computer.
- After seeing the camera feed, unplug the webcam from the laptop
- Unplug the power cable from the Kiosk
- Plug the Webcam into the middle USB port in the back left corner inside the kiosk
- Wait 10 seconds after plugging in the Webcam, then plug the Kiosk back in
- Wait 2 minutes and check if the Webcam has a Green light on it and a camera feed through FabOne
- Try another Port
- Attempt Step 1 again with a different USB Port in the back left corner inside the kiosk
- If you don't see the Green Light, try the USB Port the Printer is plugged into.
