Update Your Details in the Ordering App or Web Portal
To receive feedback requests from the Protosthetics Galileo Program, be sure to update your “Cell Phone number.” Feedback requests will be sent via text after you place an order.
Update Your Details in the Protosthetics Scan & 3D Print App
Open the Protosthetics app on your iPad.
Click the hamburger menu in the top right. Options will appear on the left side of the screen.
Select “Practitioners,” and then your name.
Click the pencil icon by your name to edit.
After editing any relevant information, click “Save Information.”
Update Your Details in the FabOne Web Portal
Profile Details can only be changed inside an order form. Your address, email address, and phone number will update once you submit the order.
Navigate to the FabOne Website: app.protosthetics.com
Click to “Start New Order.”
Choose a product, and click “Place Order.”
Verify your mailing address, and then select “Proceed to Form.”
Edit your name, email, or cell phone number within the form.
Submit the order when complete. Your new details will be reflected in the “User Details” tab on the left.
