Webcam Troubleshooting
If your webcam is not producing a video feed, try the troubleshooting steps below.
Inspect cord
Verify that cord has no exposed wire & not pinched anywhere along its path
Unplug → plug in camera USB (same USB port)
Verify the Green Light comes on after plugin
Try a different USB port
Unplug the camera USB cord and put into a different USB port, and then verify that the camera green LED light is on.
Unplug kiosk → unplug camera USB → plug in camera USB → plug in kiosk → verify green LED
Plug camera into computer → test for image → plug camera into kiosk’s USB port
Plug camera into USB port on computer
Open up the camera
Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → scroll down to camera → select Logitech Web Cam from the list
Verify that the green LED light is on & images shows up
Plug into kiosk’s USB port and verify light on camera & image in OP
Replace camera
